Project Manager

A leading Manchester construction consultancy, heavily involved in major city centre regeneration and commercial office construction, is looking to appoint a Project Manager to support its expanding project management team. This Project Manager role offers the opportunity to deliver landmark construction schemes across Manchester's rapidly developing city centre.

The successful Project Manager will join a consultancy delivering large scale commercial construction projects including Grade A office developments, mixed-use towers and major regeneration schemes. The Project Manager will work alongside experienced Directors delivering construction schemes valued between £20m and £150m. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The Project Manager will manage construction delivery across large scale commercial developments.

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as lead Project Manager on commercial construction schemes

• Managing design teams and main contractors

• Monitoring construction programme and progress

• Leading construction progress meetings

• Reporting to developer and investor clients

The consultancy is seeking a Project Manager with:

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within a construction consultancy

• Degree in construction, project management or similar

• Ideally working towards MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB

• Experience delivering large scale commercial construction projects

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• £42,000 - £55,000

• Bonus scheme
