Project Manager

1st Step Solutions Ltd are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of construction and building services projects across the UK.

Project Manager - Construction / Building Services

Location: West Midlands (UK-wide projects)

Salary: Circa £60k to £66k package

You will take full responsibility for projects from handover through to completion, managing programme, labour, procurement, commercial performance, and client relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from mobilisation through to final completion
• Control programme, costs, labour, and subcontractors
• Lead client meetings and provide regular project updates
• Manage procurement of materials and major equipment
• Ensure full health & safety and CDM compliance
• Oversee commissioning, documentation, and project close-out

Requirements

• Proven experience managing construction or building services projects
• Strong programme, commercial and labour management experience
• Ability to manage clients, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders
• Good knowledge of health & safety and project compliance
