We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic compliance initiatives within a global technology environment in the beauty industry.

This is a fully remote opportunity, working on an international project with high visibility and impact, focused on data security, privacy, and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of compliance-focused projects in a global setup

• Collaborate closely with Data Privacy Officers, security teams, and senior stakeholders

• Ensure alignment with data protection regulations and security standards

• Drive governance, risk management, and reporting across project lifecycles

• Act as a key point of coordination between business and technical teams

Must Have

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management within complex IT environments

• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently

• Proven experience in data security and compliance domains

• Hands-on experience with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and data privacy regulations

• Ability to operate in cross-functional and international environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with Consent Management Platforms (CMPs)

• Exposure to privacy frameworks related to cookies and user data governance
