This role requires strategic leadership, strong governance, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across a large portfolio. The individual will ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs, from feasibility through implementation.
• Provide strategic oversight and governance for multiple projects, ensuring adherence to financial services regulations and internal standards.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Oversee budget planning, cost control, and vendor management for high-value programs.
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking across the portfolio.
• Ensure production of high-quality documentation, including recovery runbooks and architectural designs.

Essential Experience & Skills:

• Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure programs in a financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure architecture, systems integration, and operational resilience.
• Expertise in project governance, financial management, and vendor negotiations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional project management qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)."
