Company Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a Project Manager to join their team for a six-month contract.

Responsibilities/Objectives

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who has worked in Legal Services, specifically leading a number of data-related and/or systems implementation projects where you have been responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of high-profile business and reporting improvements.

Your previous project expertise will include new client and/or matter onboarding, business intake processes and conflicts checking. You will have previously worked closely with senior stakeholders across IT and legal functions to improve process and data quality and management, ensuring that finance dashboard reporting is optimal.

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of data-related projects involving matter onboarding and finance dashboard reporting
• Work directly with a global law firm client to understand requirements and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups, including IT, legal teams, vendors, and third-party integrators
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk logs
• Facilitate regular project meetings and produce clear, concise status reporting
• Manage change and communications to ensure successful user adoption post-migration
• Support technical teams in issue resolution and escalation management

Required Skills/Experience

• Proven experience leading complex technical projects in legal environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly within legal and IT functions
• Deep understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent
• A proactive, delivery-focused mindset and ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments
• Need to have worked in a law firm
• Azure environment
