You'll be leading the delivery of a substantial residential development in Solihull, overseeing a single plot of more than 100 units. This role demands strong site leadership, coordination of subcontractors and suppliers, and a sharp focus on quality and progress. It's a hands-on position suited to someone with proven experience managing large-scale housing projects and driving them through to successful completion.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have at least 5 years' experience delivering new-build housing projects. Strong leadership, site coordination, and knowledge of UK building regulations are essential. A relevant construction qualification and proven track record on large-scale developments will set you apart.
What you'll get in return
