About the role:

The Strategic Project Manager is accountable for the overall coordination of the SIAM program and acts as a senior advisor to key internal stakeholders. With proven experience in strategic advisory roles-particularly in IT service management, SIAM, and sourcing governance-the Project Manager leads the transition to the hybrid SIAM operating model.

This role is pivotal in shaping the future Target Operating Model (TOM) and defining the roadmap for its implementation. It also supports the integration of ITSM processes across the new multi-provider environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership.
• Lead the delivery team and provide progress reporting.
• Advise on sourcing governance and contract management, focusing on end-to-end SLAs and KPIs.
• Support the procurement process for selecting and onboarding the external SIAM integrator.
• Manage stakeholder communication and alignment across business and IT.

• Speaks in Dutch, English and French fluently
