We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to join our international team. In this role, you will manage and oversee world-class architectural and interior projects made from natural stone, ensuring that each one is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest possible quality standards.

Your role: Owner of Execution

As Project Manager, you are the internal voice of the client and the key link between all departments. You will lead multiple complex, high-value projects simultaneously, acting as the central coordinator across design, procurement, production, and installation.

You are a confident, highly organized professional with a strong construction background and at least 5 years of project management experience in the building or architectural sector. You speak both the language of design and that of execution - able to read and create technical drawings in AutoCAD (DWG) and align project teams around shared timelines, goals, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full execution of high-end international projects from start to finish.
• Act as the single point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that each project meets its deadlines, budget constraints, and uncompromising quality standards.
• Manage project schedules, procurement of materials, coordination with internal and external teams, and oversee production and on-site installation.
• Communicate clearly and frequently with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Anticipate risks, manage changes, and resolve challenges quickly and professionally.
• Balance multiple projects at once, ensuring a smooth execution process across all stages.

What you Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction or architectural environments.
• Degree in construction management, architecture, or related technical field.
• Ability to read and create technical drawings in AutoCAD/DWG.
• Proven track record of managing high-end projects under pressure and across multiple disciplines.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities - fluent in English; Dutch and other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
