Hi, I'm Anil, a Senior Project Manager at HowNow. I'm looking for a Project Manager to join us.

You'll be at the heart of our growth, building great partnerships, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. If you're excited about technology, managing projects, and making a difference, this job is perfect for you. You'll work on both internal and customer-based projects - one day overseeing the implementation of the HowNow platform for a customer, and the next helping plan and execute our internal projects to accelerate strategic growth.

You'll find energy in taking an abstract brief or desired end state and working cross-functionally to identify how to achieve it, who needs to be involved, and driving it to completion while measuring impact. The role can be fast-paced and demanding, as we grow a market-leading learning company, so working under pressure is essential.

Longer-term, as someone overseeing delivery projects, you'll have the opportunity to influence how we deliver projects, find efficiencies, and streamline processes.

Day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Project Planning and Scheduling:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Allocate resources effectively and adjust plans as needed.
  • Lead meetings to track progress and address roadblocks.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including requirements, design specs, and user manuals.
  • Status Reporting:
  • Prepare and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Monitor project metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Address issues promptly to keep projects on track.
  • Client Onboarding and Communication:
  • Guide new clients through onboarding.
  • Serve as the main technical contact, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
  • Requirement Gathering and Feedback:
  • Work with clients to understand needs and translate them into project requirements.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements.

  • Experience in delivering IT/Software projects.
