Job Description

Seeking a driven & experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a significant Health care, new build scheme for a Tier 1 principal, building contractor. This is an exciting opportunity to join of the UK's leading construction companies and play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-focused infrastructure that supports communities.


As the Project Manager, you will oversee the full project life cycle, from delivery through to completion and handover. You will ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of safety and quality. This is a £30million steel frame, health care development and therefore experience with steel frame within Health care or commercial construction schemes is essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation
  • Act as the number 1 on site, leading the site team, subcontractors, client liaison and report to the Contracts Manager.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health & safety and regulatory requirements
  • Lead weekly progress meetings, manage risk, quality assurance and project reporting


Requirements for the role

  • Proven experience in a Project Manager role, preferably in the Health Care or Commercial Construction sector
  • Knowledge of NEC style of contract
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is desired
