PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Beilen, Nederland Fulltime International focus

Are you an experienced Project Manager with technical insight and a passion for international (offshore) projects? CAPE Holland is looking for a driven professional who can manage projects from A to Z.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for successfully managing national and international rental projects at CAPE Holland. You will lead projects from kick-off to final delivery, with full control over contract management, project planning, budgeting, risk management, and client communication.

Your main duties and responsibilities are:

• Managing onshore and offshore (rental) projects;
• Coordinating involved departments (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.);
• Maintaining close contact with clients and stakeholders;
• Analyzing and managing risks (such as LDs) and deviations;
• Responsible for financial project monitoring, reporting, and invoicing;
• Organizing project meetings, reviews, and evaluations;
• Overseeing personnel and equipment planning and necessary documentation;
• Contributing to process improvement and project management development.

As a Project Manager at CAPE Holland, you'll have a dynamic role where no two days are the same. We're looking for someone who makes the most of their workday, serves as the key link, is a team player and team builder, and always maintains a helicopter view. Additionally, you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent (HBO level);
• Proven experience in senior project and contract management;
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, control technology, and electrical engineering;
• Experience with 3D design software and cost estimation;
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
• Hands-on knowledge of VCA-VOL and HSSEQ standards;
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics;
• Commercial awareness with a focus on customer satisfaction.
