Project Manager

We're hiring a results-driven Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects - from contract signature through to commissioning. These projects span the globe and range from 100+ MWh to GWh scale, making this a high-impact role in the future of sustainable infrastructure.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage key external stakeholders, and drive execution across commercial, technical, and regulatory dimensions. If you have a strong track record in large-scale renewable or storage projects, this is your opportunity to lead from the front.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution of complex BESS projects through design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Manage project budgets ranging from €50M to €300M, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and cost targets.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across technical and commercial aspects.
• Ensure compliance with all HSE, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Lead contractor and EPC partner coordination across multiple international sites.
• Deliver accurate progress reports and performance updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to proposal development and tendering processes with technical insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Energy, or Project Management.
• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in utility-scale energy storage or renewables (BESS, PV, Wind, etc.).
• Demonstrated success managing infrastructure or energy projects >100 MWh.
• In-depth knowledge of BESS technologies, grid integration, and power systems.
• Familiarity with EPC contracts, permitting, and international project logistics.
• Strong financial, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (especially French) are a bonus.
