Your New Job:

You'll be responsible for managing all elements of assigned projects, from initial planning through to implementation and final delivery. You'll coordinate with various teams to strategise, address potential risks, and drive continuous process improvement. Your approach will help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
• Work with project teams to identify potential challenges and proactively develop solutions
• Coordinate recovery efforts for struggling projects
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, tracking progress and providing regular updates
• Encourage process discipline and systems thinking within the team
• Drive cross-functional collaboration using best practice tools and methodologies
• Foster a culture of accountability and results

What Are We Looking For?:

• Experience in project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Strong ability to develop detailed project plans and manage budgets
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and building consensus
• Experience with process improvement tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean Sigma) is an advantage
