Job Title: Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager/Service Delivery Manager to facilitate the transition of a large-scale recruitment business account. The role is based in Stoke on Trent, with regular travel to Birmingham and London, offering hybrid working options.

The position is a 5-month contract, and we are hiring two candidates to cover engineering and cleaning services. Candidates should have a strong background in service delivery and extensive knowledge of large-scale recruitment needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Ensuring a smooth transition by working closely with stakeholders across various work streams in collaboration with the commercial and operations teams.
2. Providing accurate and timely reports on progress and addressing any challenges during the implementation process.
3. Maintaining all relevant documentation and coordinating the collection and evidence of support and overall delivery.
