Project Manager - Production System, Manufacturing, vacancy for our Muttenz based client in the Agricultural and Chemical sector.

Your tasks:

• Conduct fast-track diagnostics across key areas such as production performance, maintenance, cost management, and mindset & behaviours to identify opportunities for productivity improvement.
• Develop and implement breakthrough action plans to improve ways of working and production performance.
• Train employees on standardised practices within the Production System.
• Support the local Manufacturing Excellence team in building organisational capability.
• Work with functional experts to ensure new tools, processes and behaviours are deployed and Embedded into the production system.
• Carry out targeted audits and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience in manufacturing excellence, operational improvement, or production system transformation.
• Strong understanding of production performance, maintenance, cost management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in training, coaching, and capability building within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work with data-driven performance management tools and processes.
• Language skills: English
