Project Manager - (Prince 2, MSP, Change Programmes)
Duration: 6-12 months initial, with extensions.
Location: South West England, Wiltshire - 4 days/week onsite
Excellent Rates
Public Sector experience highly desirable.

This is a *Wiltshire* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Public Sector organisation working on *Lead day-to-day project delivery and governance*

We're looking for a driven Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex projects from planning through to implementation, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

You'll manage project delivery end-to-end - overseeing governance, risks, stakeholders, resources, reporting, and benefits realisation - while working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone with proven experience delivering projects or workstreams in fast-paced environments, who can confidently manage priorities, influence stakeholders, and drive delivery at pace.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience managing projects or key workstreams within medium-to-large scale programmes
  • Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, planning, risk and issue management
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to analyse information, solve problems, and support effective decision-making
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with a delivery-focused mindset
  • Foundation-level Project Delivery qualification (APM PFQ, MSP Foundation, PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent)

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day project delivery and governance
  • Manage plans, budgets, risks, issues, and reporting
  • Coordinate stakeholders and project teams
  • Support business case development and benefits realisation
  • Drive continuous improvement and effective project controls
