What we're looking for?

We're looking for a Project Manager on a 36-month Fixed Term Contract to support and project manage the delivery of the Physical Security Enhancements across Wales & West Utilities (WWU). This involves managing new sites, maintaining physical security across our existing sites, as well as our Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) sites and other operational sites (AGIs, PRS, etc).

The remaining works include designing and installing physical security enhancements at existing gas assets, depots, stores, head office, and CNI sites.

A key focus of the role will be reporting and updating on progress to the Programme Manager, and running governance delivery meetings, reporting progress, issues, risks, and milestones to the Programme Governance.

We'll trust you to:

• Produce delivery plans and understand impacts and interdependencies
• Ensure Security standards are met and signed off
• Manage budgets and financial reporting for the workstream
• Deliver projects on time and on budget
• Liaise with HR, Communications, Finance, and Operational colleagues to ensure delivery of the programme
• Possess Project Management experience or a Prince2 qualification, preferably with a Civils or Construction background
• Have NEC4 and/or JCT Contract experience
• Have working knowledge of CDM
• Bring additional skills or qualities to the role
