Backed by strong funding and a global parent group, we are scaling rapidly across Europe and the US. To support our ambitious growth, we are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate the operational and logistical aspects of delivery, ensuring seamless execution for our clients.

Role

As Project Manager - Operations & Delivery Support, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities that drive deals from contract to delivery. You will work closely with sales, technical, and client teams to ensure projects move forward on time and with clear communication.

This role is perfect for a highly organised individual with strong stakeholder management skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. Experience in technology or cybersecurity is beneficial, and the ability to support technical pre-sales discussions is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all logistics around delivery, including scheduling site visits, technical meetings, and project milestones.
  • Drive progress on opportunities by pushing contract signing, follow-ups, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Support sales and pre-sales teams by preparing documentation, organising demos, and facilitating technical discussions.
  • Maintain project tracking tools and ensure accurate reporting of project status.
  • Identify and escalate risks or delays, ensuring mitigation plans are in place.
  • Support the Head of Operations in scaling delivery processes as the business grows.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience in project management or operations coordination.
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., ClickUp, SharePoint, MS Teams, or similar).
Preferred
  • Background in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology delivery.
  • Understanding of OT/IT environments and technical delivery cycles.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales technical activities.
  • Exposure to renewables, energy, or data center sectors.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) are a plus but not required.
