Our Power and Energy Solutions Practice is actively involved in projects spanning offshore wind & renewables, energy storage and Power Grids. Your role We are seeking a versatile Project Manager to lead the delivery of multidisciplinary projects across the rapidly growing offshore wind sector. Working within an Owner's Engineer, Technical Advisor, or EPCm environment, you will manage the successful delivery of engineering and consultancy services supporting offshore wind developments from early-stage feasibility through FEED, detailed design, construction support, and operational readiness. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading offshore wind developers, investors, utilities, transmission owners, and supply chain partners on some of the UK's and Europe's most significant renewable energy projects. Our teams support projects across offshore wind farms, fixed-bottom and floating wind developments, offshore substations, export and inter-array cable systems, onshore substations and grid connections, transmission infrastructure, asset life extension and integrity management & Owner's Engineer and technical advisory services. Manage the delivery of complex offshore wind engineering projects in line with safety, cost, programme and quality objectives and ensure resources allocated to projects are competent, efficiently mobilised, and well supported. Build strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders, influencing with confidence and diplomacy. Develop and agree budgets and manage/control forecast and actual costs, Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional multi discipline project team. Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including the use of KPI's to improve project performance. Prepare and communicate clear project updates, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, facilitating cross functional teamwork and knowledge sharing. Support safe, responsible project delivery, proactively managing risk. Identify and monitor project Health & Safety and Environmental risks and plan and implement any necessary risk mitigations. In addition to having strong communication and leadership skills, you will have experience in and be able to demonstrate a selection of the following attributes: Experience delivering offshore wind projects within a developer, Owner's Engineer, consultancy, EPC, or major contractor environment. Proven track record managing multidisciplinary engineering projects through multiple project stages including FEED and detailed design. Strong understanding of offshore wind project lifecycles and development processes. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, and risks. Building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, and motivating diverse teams. You should demonstrate experience in one or more of the following areas: Offshore substations, Foundations and offshore structures, Floating offshore wind, Export and inter-array cables, Grid connection infrastructure, Onshore substations, Marine operations and installation, Asset integrity and operational support, Renewable energy project development.
