Project Manager - Lithuania

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join us at a really exciting time of growth and expansion.
As a Project Manager at UNRVLD, you'll be leading your production team on a journey for the clients, managing multiple projects and big budgets alongside a dedicated Product Owner and Technical Team Lead.
While working closely with the Account Manager to nurture key relationships, you'll also collaborate on a strategy and programme of work which you will lead.
We work in an Agile environment with cross-disciplinary teams comprising architects, developers, designers, QAs, and SEO specialists. Your role is to keep everyone organized, productive, and happy!
Role Responsibilities:- Managing project financials and reporting commercial performance clearly and accurately to the account management team.
- Managing customer relations and maintaining stakeholder confidence and trust.
- Resource planning and capacity modelling, ensuring your team is fully utilized and billable.
- Managing multiple large projects and BAU activities within your production team.
- Managing risk on projects and ensuring appropriate frameworks are in place.
- Providing weekly reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Producing and delivering project plans.
- Facilitating workshops and meetings (both face-to-face and online), enabling others to work efficiently and removing blockers.
- Proactively solving problems and escalating issues when required.
- Gathering feedback and listening to your team through established SCRUM ceremonies to ensure everyone is challenged and given growth opportunities.
- Providing sales support when required.
- Proven project management experience in digital applications, multimedia, or software development, with knowledge of full project lifecycle/SDLC.
- Financial management experience-managing budgets and realizing project value.
- Experience managing remote or off-site teams across multiple projects and clients.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of enterprise CMS or DXP platforms such as Optimizely, Contentful, Sitecore, or Shopify.
- Salary range of EUR gross per month, depending on experience.
- Discretionary annual bonus.
- 25 days vacation.

- 9-day Fortnight work schedule-work over 9 days and take the 10th day off.
