Job Description

Project Manager - Insurance Broking MGA

Our client - a leading MGA - is seeking a motivated Project Manager with proven experience in Insurance - either Insurance Broking or General Insurance- to join their growing transformation team. You'll deliver a wide range of business and technology change initiatives across the UK and Europe, including migrations, integrations, and various other aspects of Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define scope, plan schedules, and manage project delivery end-to-end
  • Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets
  • Draft business cases and oversee financial controls and change requests
  • Engage with internal/external stakeholders and suppliers
  • Ensure all governance artefacts (RAID logs, action plans, reports) are up to date
  • Deliver effective communication to leadership and project teams
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' project management experience in financial services
  • Exposure to transformation, integration, or technology-driven projects
  • Strong grasp of project controls, financials, and stakeholder engagement
  • Familiar with project frameworks such as PRINCE2, APM, or Agile
  • Confident, proactive, and able to adapt in a fast-paced, M&A-focused environment
