Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationships
  • Partner with the day-to-day squad team and strategist
  • Work in partnership with Account Lead to align project priorities
  • Lead and support on all incoming briefs, collaborating with strategy and business leads
  • Understand creative ambitions and requirements across projects in partnership with Creative Director
  • Engage directly with clients to update workflow and project status
  • Build strong relationships with internal departments to ensure team performance

Day to Day Management

  • Manage workflow across your full portfolio, aligning projects across disciplines
  • Contribute to agency resource planning
  • Navigate technical workflow systems effectively
  • Plan ahead, anticipate issues, and adapt across workstreams
  • Create and map scope of work, liaising with clients on timing and resources
  • Coordinate external agency stakeholders and creative partners
  • Manage resourcing and budgets for each project
  • Drive multiple projects simultaneously, managing expectations and objectives
  • Identify resource gaps and facilitate requirements
  • Run daily/weekly scrum meetings to ensure timely task completion
  • Oversee production processes, ensuring milestones are met
  • Collaborate with production and specialist stakeholders
  • Optimize production processes and reduce waste
  • Monitor project finances and resource allocation
  • Understand campaign performance for future learning
  • Lead project reviews and improve workflows
  • Provide leadership across your projects and support resourcing objectives
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities within accounts

About You

Minimum Requirements

  • Solid project management experience from advertising agencies
  • Extensive experience with TVC and integrated media, including print
  • Proven ability to manage fast-paced accounts
  • Management skills and experience
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and clients
