Project Manager - Financial Crime

A global technology services firm is looking for a Project Manager to lead delivery on a major compliance transformation engagement at a Tier-1 Frankfurt-based investment bank. You'll have genuine ownership over programme governance, stakeholder management, and cross-team delivery across a blended international project team.

What you'll be leading:

• End-to-end programme management across financial crime and compliance workstreams (AFC, KYC, AML)
• Stakeholder management at senior and executive level - both client-side and internally
• Governance, risk tracking, and delivery assurance across a structured regulatory programme
• Coordination of onshore Frankfurt team and offshore delivery resources

What you'll bring:

• Substantial PM experience on financial services transformation programmes
• AFC, KYC, AML, or financial crime compliance delivery experience - strongly preferred
• Exposure to Tier-1 banks or comparable large-scale FSI environments
• Frankfurt-based or realistic about relocation/commute
• Available to start August 2025

Package: €90,000-€110,000 | Hybrid | Frankfurt
