Project Manager - Data Pipeline & Migration
Location:South London (mainly remote with office travel 1-2 times p/month)

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a high-profile project: building a new data pipeline and managing associated migration activities. You'll work closely with our Data Engineering and Corporate Markets technology teams, collaborating with stakeholders, creating roadmaps, managing budgets, and ensuring delivery of quality outcomes on time.

This is a hands-on role where you'll bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex projects, ensuring they align with business goals and add real value.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading projects that deliver tangible outcomes for our Investment Portfolio.

  • Defining deliverables, setting expectations, and creating clear roadmaps.

  • Managing timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.

  • Collaborating across global teams to solve problems and keep delivery on track.

  • Providing governance and reporting to ensure standards are met.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience managing data pipeline or data migration projects.

  • Good knowledge of Agile methods, SDLC, Jira, Confluence, and project management tools.

  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.

  • Excellent communicator - able to engage stakeholders and present technical content to a range of audiences.

  • A problem-solver with a proactive approach to risk and issue management.
