Project Manager - Construction

DAY TO DAY

• Attending face to face meetings at residential properties, consulting on day to day needs of customer
• Using CAD to draw kitchen, conservatory and home renovations drawings, specifically around windows and doors
• Surveying new buildings / homes, extensions, renovations / repairs
• Using SMARTS on a day to day basis
• Liaising with suppliers to include builders, architects, manufacturers,
• Managing quotes, customer communication, timelines and costs
