Project Manager - Cloud and IT Managed Service Provider - London

Leading IT and Cloud MSP based in London is seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career by joining their growing Project Delivery team. Key Skills Required

• Proficiency in a recognised project management methodology, ideally PRINCE2.
• Proven experience managing projects, preferably within the IT MSP space.
• Strong background in delivering cloud and infrastructure-based projects.
• Experience working with complex clients and managing multifaceted project environments.
• Skilled in managing vendor relationships, coordinating suppliers, and engaging with third parties.
• Ability to lead projects to deliver results effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure project delivery aligns with client requirements and remains within budget.
• Leading and managing a range of projects, ensuring the smooth implementation of Technology projects and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
• Define project deliverables and expected outcomes.
• Conduct project estimation, risk assessments, and contingency planning.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and manage resource allocation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation and lead client meetings and presentations.
• Ensure commercial viability and profitability across all projects.

Experience:

• A minimum of two years' experience in project management, including full project lifecycle delivery from design through to implementation.
• Experience within an IT Services or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is desirable but not essential.
• Demonstrable success in delivering infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in a recognised project management methodology.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, third parties, and a range of stakeholders.
• Strong delegation and task management skills.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities, with a track record of delivering infrastructure projects on time.
