Project Management Officer

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Project Management Officer (PMO) in our aeronautics team.

As a Project Management Officer (PMO) at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.

Your responsibilities :

• You will be required to monitor projects and manage project schedules.
• You will manage communication between stakeholders (engineers, suppliers, internal customers)
• You participates in identifying risks, propose corrective actions and ensure their implementation.
• You draw up regular reports (KPIs, dashboards) for the Project Manager and stakeholders.
• You ensures the quality and updating of project documentation.
• You contributes to the dissemination of best practices in project management and to the continuous improvement of processes.

Your profile :

• You have a Master's degree (engineering school, business school or equivalent) with a specialization in project management.
• You have at least 2 years' experience in project management in an industrial environment.
• You have extensive knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, advanced Excel, reporting tools).
• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is required,
