About Your New Employer 
Project Finance Manager role with a well-known organisation based in Dublin City (hybrid working).
About Your New Job- Work closely with senior colleagues to provide financial and commercial advisory services assisting public sector bodies in delivering major capital projects and programmes across various sectors, including climate, education, justice, social housing, and transport.
- Support clients in project structuring and delivery throughout the full project lifecycle, including project requirements, financial/commercial/risk assessments, contract development, financial modelling, and stakeholder management.
- Prepare and test payment mechanisms, participate in funding market engagements, help negotiate commercial terms for contract documentation, and actively maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Advise on environmental, social, and corporate governance requirements related to major capital project financing.
- Oversee general financial advisory and evaluation work, such as financial statement analysis, financial robustness assessments, market and options analysis, and prepare reports/memoranda for senior management.
- At least 5 years relevant experience in a financial advisory role, banking, or sustainable finance, supporting major capital projects and programmes.
- Relevant third-level degree (preferably in economics, finance, commerce, or a related discipline).
- Membership of a relevant professional body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA) is highly desirable.
- Excellent numerical, analytical and communication skills (written, oral, presentation).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to guide and influence others, highly organized, commercially minded, and innovative.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, deal with conflicting agendas, and meet deadlines.
- Stamp 4 or EU Passport required.
- €90,000 plus benefits.
