Role Overview:

We are looking for a Proposal Cost Estimator to support a key player in the defense sector. You will be responsible for analyzing tenders, evaluating project costs, optimizing pricing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and competitive project proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze technical documentation and specifications in detail
• Estimate costs of materials, labor, and production based on internal and supplier data
• Identify and suggest cost optimization opportunities
• Build and maintain a comprehensive cost reference database
• Collaborate with proposals engineering, purchasing, sales, and support teams

Profile Required:

• Technical degree (minimum BAC+3)
• At least 3 years in production, costing, or procurement
• Expert in Microsoft Excel
• Solid costing/estimation experience

Languages:

• French: Native or bilingual
• English: Full professional proficiency
