Project Engineer within pharmaceutical sector

We are looking for a Project Engineer who thrives in a purpose-driven, regulated environment and wants to make an impact through cutting-edge solutions in pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing.

In this role, you will lead and execute complex engineering projects from design to implementation, ensuring compliance with the strictest quality and regulatory standards. Your expertise will support innovations in product development, equipment integration, and performance optimization across a highly technical and quality-driven production environment.

What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end execution of industrial projects, including budgeting, resource planning, documentation, validation (FAT, IQ, OQ), and final delivery.
• Lead change control processes and prepare detailed project documentation (URS, FS, DS).
• Manage installation and commissioning of new equipment, including cross-functional coordination and training.
• Support and ensure compliance with EHS, cGMP, and internal quality systems.
• Maintain visibility on the full project portfolio and capex forecasting.
• Act as a key point of contact between internal stakeholders and external suppliers or contractors.

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Electromechanical, Process Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in engineering and project execution within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, cleanroom manufacturing, and equipment such as mixers, filling systems, injection molding, or extrusion is a strong asset.
• Solid project management skills (preferably with certifications) and proficiency in tools like MS Project and Autodesk (CAD).
• Fluency in French and English is essential.
• A collaborative mindset, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple technical projects under tight timelines.
