The RoleAs a Project Engineer at HydraWell, you'll:
- Design and plan complex operations with precision
- Manage projects both locally and internationally, ensuring seamless customer satisfaction
- Promote HydraWell's innovative solutions to foster preferred partnerships with clients
- Oversee contract compliance and actively manage project risks
- Work closely with our sales and growth teams to support our expansion efforts
- Travel to well sites for hands-on project oversight and quality assurance
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute detailed project plans and operational strategies
- Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on project progress
- Oversee both local and international projects to meet company standards and client expectations
- Ensure strict adherence to contracts, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance requirements
- Actively support growth initiatives and advocate HydraWell solutions in the market
- Implement operational enhancements and drive efficiency in all project phases
- Ensure accurate and timely project billing
- Clearly communicate project plans and updates to all stakeholders
- Travel to well sites as needed to ensure high standards of execution
- Experience: Experience with running tools, project management and cementing is highly relevant and desirable.
- Education: Relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience. Experience can compensate for lack of formal education
- Skills: Strong communication and project management abilities, risk management expertise, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Language: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
