Technical Project Coordinator (Contract)

Location: Remote (Eastern & Central US Time Zones)

Duration: 3-6 months

A leading global FMCG company is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support a major IT separation initiative. This role is ideal for soeone with strong organizational skills, PMO experience, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate meetings and project cadence
• Maintain RAID logs and PMO tools
• Support documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure alignment with internal project methodologies

Ideal Profile:

• Experience in large-scale IT projects
• Familiarity with PM tools (eg, Jira, Smartsheet, SharePoint)
• Strong communication and administrative skills
• Background in PMO or project coordination
