Location: Billericay
Salary: Competitive
Contract Type: Fixed Term - Maternity Cover
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

We're a leading UK-based, multi-disciplinary landscape contractor, delivering exceptional hard and soft landscaping, SuDS, play areas, and public realm refurbishments. Our diverse portfolio includes high-profile commercial developments, urban regeneration schemes, housing projects, and public sector works.
What you'll do:
We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our operations team and support the planning, execution, and delivery of landscape construction projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of project delivery, from pre-start documentation to post-project closeout.
- Support and schedule multiple live construction sites simultaneously.
- Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth procurement and project flow.
- Monitor project progress using digital tools and update the leadership team.
- Ensure all documentation complies with ISO, health & safety, and environmental standards.
- Act as a communication link between site teams, clients, and internal departments.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a similar role within construction, landscaping, or civil engineering.
- Strong understanding of hard and soft landscaping processes.
- Excellent organisation and multitasking skills across multiple sites.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, D365, Union Square, or similar platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of SuDS, CDM regulations, and BS standards for landscaping.
- Relevant qualifications (HNC, NVQ, or equivalent).
- CSCS card or willingness to obtain one.
