Job Description

WA Consultants is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator for an established client based in South Devon.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient delivery of critical projects within the organisation.

This is hands-on role, from coordinating workflows, maintenance project governance and liaising with multiple stakeholders. You'll help ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Key requirements of the role:

  • Co-ordination of all areas of the project(s)
  • Knowledge/understanding of the project(s) and any inter-dependencies
  • Stand in/support the Project Manager when necessary
  • Monitor timelines, budgets and milestones to ensure successful project delivery
  • Assist in recognising and removing project blockers
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and trackers
  • Stakeholder management and communication
  • Assist with procurement and contract management
  • Co-ordinate and schedule project meetings where required
  • Identify and help resolve risks and issues impacting project timelines
  • Attend all project meetings, recording notes, decisions and actions
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the project manager and senior stakeholders
  • Liaise with internal departments, housekeeping teams, and external contractors and suppliers
  • Manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly and effectively across teams

Please note, our client operates on a hybrid working basis with the expectation of 2-3 office visits per week.
