About The Role

About this opportunity

We seek a senior-level Project Controls professional to support a high-profile capitalprogram. This role will be responsible for developing and managing the integrated programbudget and master schedule, working closely with Program Managers to ensure consistent,accurate reporting across all projects. The position plays a key role in enabling strategicdecision-making through data-driven insights.

Candidates are required to have experience and/or high working knowledge in the following areas:

  • Develop and maintain a master program schedule in Primavera P6 and manageprogram budgets using Excel.
  • Integrate project-level schedules and budgets into a cohesive program view,including milestones, dependencies, and risk factors.
  • Conduct schedule and cost risk analysis; support mitigation planning with ProgramManagers.
  • Standardize and generate cost and schedule reports tailored for variousstakeholders, including variance analysis and KPI reporting.
  • Ensure data quality through regular schedule reviews, error tracking, and integrationwith existing project information systems.
  • Coordinate closely with project teams and stakeholders to keep program datacurrent and actionable.

About You

Who we're looking for:

Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills

  • Expertise in Oracle Primavera P6, Oracle databases, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Natural Gas, Utility or pipeline projects.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Project Management, Construction Management or related Engineering Field or equivalent industry experience
