Working on the Sizewell C Project

Lead performance. Drive clarity. Shape delivery on one of the UK's most ambitious nuclear infrastructure programmes. We're looking for a Project Controls Manager to help steer the successful delivery of the Sizewell C project - bringing structure, insight and forward looking analysis across cost, schedule, risk, change and reporting. You'll play a critical role in transforming complex data into clear, actionable intelligence that supports confident decision making at senior levels.

What you'll do
  • Manage and integrate project controls across cost, schedule, risk, change and reporting.
  • Produce high quality month end reports and lead performance review sessions.
  • Coordinate and assure project controls data across internal teams and supply chain partners.
  • Drive progress reporting, forecasting, variance analysis and improvement opportunities.
  • Present meaningful narrative and insight to senior stakeholders.
  • Support digital first, modernised ways of working within project controls.
What you'll bring
  • Proven project controls experience in large, complex infrastructure environments.
  • Strong capability across cost, estimating, planning, risk and change management.
  • Solid grounding in earned value analysis and performance measurement.
  • Ability to lead within a matrix environment and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, analytical mindset.
Desirable
  • Professional memberships or certifications (AACE, PMI, APM etc.).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI.
  • Understanding of NEC/FIDIC and/or experience within the nuclear sector.
