Project Architect

Conrad Consulting is delighted to be working with one of Birmingham's most prominent architectural practices, seeking to appoint a Project Architect to their growing team. The practice has a healthy pipeline, predominantly in the Healthcare sector, offering a position with interesting projects, opportunities for progression, and solid job security.

The Company:

The company is one of Birmingham's top names, with an impressive client portfolio serviced by over 50 staff members across UK offices. They operate in sectors such as Education, Healthcare, Residential, and Community, providing nationwide services.

The Role:

This Birmingham-based position is for a Project Architect with approximately 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, ideally with project management experience. Healthcare experience is preferred, but experience in Education and Commercial sectors is also valued. The role involves leading projects from concept to completion and mentoring junior team members, including Part 2 Architectural Assistants and newly qualified Architects.

Skills & Qualifications:

• UK recognised qualifications at Part 1, 2 & 3 levels
• ARB registered / RIBA chartered
• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience
• Project management experience, client-facing skills, team leadership
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit (preferred)
• Healthcare sector experience (preferred)

Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a salary in the region of £40,000-£45,000, along with a competitive benefits package. Hybrid working is available, with full-time office work during the initial probation period.
