CES is seeking a specialist in Project and Change Management.

The ideal candidate will support our partner teams to successfully execute and deliver projects and programmes that lead to the design and implementation of improved public services. They will be specialists in Project, Programme and Change Management.

The position is offered on a full time basis for a contract duration of 2 years, but part time options will also be considered.
