Project Analyst

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager / Project Support Analyst to support delivery across a portfolio of digital transformation initiatives within a Dublin-based Financial Services client.
This role is suited to candidates with early project delivery experience who can operate in a structured programme environment, providing coordination, governance, and delivery support to senior stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery Support
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of digital transformation projects
- Support project managers with day-to-day delivery activities
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reports
Governance & Reporting
- Prepare and manage project documentation (status reports, steering materials, dashboards)
- Track milestones, dependencies, and risks across workstreams
- Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and PMO standards
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project forums
- Capture actions, decisions, and follow-ups
- Liaise with business, technology, and third-party stakeholders
Data & Analysis
- Support data gathering, analysis, and reporting for project performance
- Assist in preparing insights for senior stakeholders
- 1-4 years' experience in a project support / PMO / junior PM role
- Demonstrable experience supporting digital transformation programmes (essential)
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Experience working with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and analysis
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
- Exposure to Financial Services environments (nice to have)
- Background in consulting or professional services (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Agile / hybrid delivery methodologies
- Understanding of change management or business transformation
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
- Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured programme environment
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
