Job Type: Temporary Contract (6 Months - Long Term)

Availability: Immediate

Salary: €40,000 - €45,000

Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced organisation, is looking to hire a Project Administrator to join their team on a 6-month contract basis with an immediate start.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy, professional environment and has strong coordination, administrative, and organisational skills.

The Role

As a Project Administrator, you will provide administrative support to help keep projects running smoothly. You will work closely with the wider project team to handle day-to-day coordination, maintain clear documentation, and ensure clear communication across teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the main contact point for project paperwork and general admin queries
  • Booking meetings, sending out agendas, and taking accurate minutes
  • Preparing, formatting, and organising basic project reports and documents
  • Keeping project logs, files, and internal databases up to date
  • Helping Project Managers track daily tasks, to-do lists, and key deadlines
  • Handling incoming emails, phone calls, and routine messages
  • Communicating clearly with suppliers, contractors, clients, and team members
  • Assisting with purchase orders, invoices, and expense processing
  • Tracking office equipment, project materials, and supply levels
  • Supporting day-to-day office tasks and general project admin

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in project administration, project coordination, or high-level administration
  • Availability to start immediately or on short notice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and sharp attention to detail
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • High proficiency in IT skills, including MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • A proactive, solution-oriented, and structured approach to work
