Project Administrator

TGP Cymru is a Wales based charity working with children, young people and families and has been providing services across Wales for 24 years.

The Team Around The Tenancy Service supports young people aged 16 to 25 in North Wales who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness, to make lasting positive changes in their lives. The service helps young people to overcome the difficulties they are experiencing and help them stay in their home and / or secure a place to call home.

We are seeking to recruit a TAtT Project Administrator for 10 hours per week with a flexible approach to working across the week. You will support the Team Around The Tenancy service with administrative tasks in line with TGP Cymru's policies and procedures ensuring the regulatory and contractual compliance of the organisation. The role is Hybrid remote with an expectation you are able to attend meetings in the North Wales area when required.

Please note that this is a temporary role with current funding until 31st March 2027

Key Experience

• Admin within an office environment / Experience of using virtual platforms.
• Use of Office 365
• Operating financial systems including and budget monitoring and control
• Dealing with members of the public and other agencies
