The Role:

As a Programme Navigator, you will support the integration of Ukrainian refugees into Westminster, providing practical and culturally sensitive support in both Ukrainian and Russian. Your duties include liaising with families and stakeholders, offering guidance on welfare, housing, education, health, and employment, conducting home visits, and managing data records. You will collaborate with various teams to prevent homelessness, support safeguarding, and facilitate drop-in sessions. Your role is vital in helping families thrive in their new environment.

About You:

Ideally, you have experience working with families, especially those with young children, and possess strong cultural competency. Familiarity with local authority services and policies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. You should be committed to diversity and inclusion, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data systems. Experience in project support and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be advantageous.
