Programme Manager: FMCG Merger & ERP Integration (Hybrid)

Hovis Bakeries is seeking a Programme Manager to lead the technical integration across commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics and finance during a major merger. You will partner with Business Leads to deliver outcomes, timelines and budgets for a fast-paced FMCG integration.

This role requires strong governance, risk management and stakeholder leadership with ERP/technology programme delivery in high-volume environments. Hybrid work available, 2 days in the office, 3 from home.
