Programme Manager with Oracle Fusion Contract

We're partnering with a major organisation based in North Dublin to find an experienced Oracle Fusion Programme Manager to lead a large-scale Finance & Procurement ERP transformation.

3 days onsite/week Daily rate contract Long-term engagement (circa 2 years)

This is a senior leadership role driving the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Financials and P2P capabilities, working under an "adopt not adapt" principle - standardising on best-practice Fusion processes rather than customising around legacy ways of working.

You'll own programme governance, SI partner selection, delivery planning, and business adoption, working closely with Finance, Procurement, and senior stakeholders to bring the programme through design, build, testing, cutover, and stabilisation.

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years' Programme Management experience on large, complex transformation programmes
• Proven delivery experience on a full-cycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementation
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management) and Procurement (Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Management, P2P)
• Experience managing SIs, Oracle partners, and multidisciplinary delivery teams
• Strong stakeholder management across Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT
