Programme Manager

We're currently working with a leading organisation in the defence technology sector to find a Programme Manager for a permanent position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership experience in delivering complex, secure programmes.

Key Details:
* Role: Programme Manager
* Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum (DOE)
* Clearance: Active DV clearance required (or recently lapsed)
* Location: Hybrid working in Farnborough

Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee the successful delivery of technical programmes in secure environments
* Develop and maintain strategic delivery plans, managing scope, risk, and resources
* Engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders across multiple levels
* Ensure governance, reporting, and quality standards are maintained throughout

Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience managing programmes in defence, national security, or similar
* Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
* Comfortable working in high-security, fast-paced environments
* Must hold current Developed Vetting (DV) clearance
