In this rewarding, opportunity-rich role, you'll leverage your proven program delivery experience to lead initiatives within our diverse client base. You'll collaborate closely with our dynamic, supportive UK program management community, playing a vital role in expanding our key sectors and service streams.
Your purpose:
- Support the establishment of programmes and programme management offices.
- Manage programmes of work, often within complex stakeholder environments.
- Support and sometimes lead stakeholder engagement across the programme, including senior members of the Clients Team. Supportthemeeting/exceeding KPI'sand SLA'sset forourbusiness.
- Support the Programme Management lead in continually improving our service delivery toolkit and establishing best practice in the Programme community.
- Work closely withother members of theProgrammeTeamtocreate reports, understand the data,createactionsand manage them through to completion.
- Innovateprocesses, approaches and styles ofdata handling,conversionand querying. Analyse and review information from a range of data sources in order to identify how different options may impactprogrammedelivery. Advise clients and internal stakeholders on potential implications.
- Collaboration with other offices, servicelines, sectors and the widerFaithful+Gould/SNC Lavalin business to provide combined and innovative solutions to improve our competitive advantagewithin the Programme and Portfolioarena.
What you can bring:
- Undergraduate/Mastersdegree level educationrequired.Preferablyin a construction, realestateor facility management related subjecthowever this is not essential.
- Programme Management or PMO related experience, preferably in a property,constructionor real estate context.
- Awareness and understanding of the component parts of projects and programmes.
- Experience of operating in a project or programme environment.
- Confidentknowledge of reporting tools including Power BI.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office andknowledge ofrole related software, includingPower Platform & Power Query.
- High standard of proficiency in oral and written communicationwith attention to detail.
