Programme Management Officer (PMO) page is loaded Programme Management Officer (PMO)locations: Worthingtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: October 24, 2025 (12 days left to apply)job requisition id: JR7208 Closing Date 2025-10-24Programme Management Office OfficerLocation: DurringtonSalary: £40,000-£45,000Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite (Tue-Thu)Contract: Permanent (flexible working considered) What You'll Do Provide programme support across delivery workstreams, ensuring plans, milestones, and reporting are maintained Own and manage RAID logs, change logs, and programme health checks Act as the central interface between Procurement, Commercial, Corporate Transformation, Digital, and Finance teams Consolidate reporting to portfolio level, enabling a functional-wide view of progress Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture minutes to keep everyone aligned Analyse lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across programme delivery What You'll Bring Experience in PMO or programme/project support roles Strong grasp of programme methodologies (APM, PMP, Prince2, MSP, PMO) Comfortable working across any project size or sector-water industry or procurement knowledge is a bonus, not a must Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); MS Project or Planner is a plus Desirable Extras Agile, SAFE, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, ADKAR change management experience Utility sector or water industry exposureThis is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive environment that values flexibility, development, and collaboration.
