Location: Hybrid (Central London)

Salary: Up to £150,000 per annum

Duration: 2 years (potential to extend)

What You'll Do

• Own programme delivery: roadmap, governance, milestones, and benefits realisation.
• Lead multiple workstreams (Target Operating Model, Technology Modernisation, Supplier Transition).
• Engage senior stakeholders and provide executive-level reporting.
• Embed cultural and behavioural change in partnership with Enablement leadership.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and quality assurance throughout.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes in regulated environments.
• Experience leading an end to end product transformation.
• Experience leading a move to Agile ways of working.
• Strong background in operating model change, technology modernisation, and supplier transition.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication, at all levels, including ability to report into and communicate with exec level stakeholders.
• Certifications such as MSP, PMP, PRINCE2 and relevant degree or equivalent experience.
