Programme Director

We are working on an exciting Programme Director opportunity with one of our health care clients. The ProgrammeDirector will provide strategic and operational leadership across a highly scrutinised programme. This is a 2 year fixted term contract paying between £85,000 -£100,000 and requires 1 day a week in their Kennington office.

Key responsibillities:

• Lead a multidisciplinary senior team, oversee communications and engagement, resolve delivery risks and dependencies, and provide clear updates to internal governance forums and senior stakeholders.
• Hold accountability for programme governance, risk, assurance, budgets, financial forecasting, procurement and reporting.
• Overseeing regulatory policy, rules, standards and guidance
• Managing the implementation of the barring system
• Directing associated technology, business process and organisational integration.

Key requirements / What we look for:

• An MSP, PRINCE2, APM or equivalent qualification.
• Extensive experience delivering complex programmes or portfolios, including significant IT delivery.
• Proven senior leadership, stakeholder management and reporting skills.
• Ability to work within legislative frameworks and manage competing priorities.
• Desirable: experience in regulation.
