Working in partnership with partners across 3LoD, perform a lead role in defining and building consensus on strategic future-state, agreeing priorities and leading change teams to deliver quality solutions to detect, prevent and combat illicit activities and help protect LSEG, its customers and the market. Role Responsibilities Collaborates with the Head of Project & Programme Delivery to ensure the programme achieves objectives and aligns with business priorities Provides overall programme leadership, mentorship and technical expertise to lead all aspects of a programme, project or initiative, including requirements analysis, creation of artefacts, planning and execution Aligns programmes and provides meaningful contribution toward creating and shaping the strategic delivery, portfolio and transformation direction, ensuring prioritisation of key projects devising new insights and initiatives to support the organisation Champions the use of sophisticated technologies (AI, machine learning, data analytics) to enhance efficiency in screening, monitoring, and due diligence processes. Promotes and cultivates collaboration across broad sponsors, participants and team members (including customers), providing leadership in cross-functional meetings and representing the seniority of the programme or senior team members in governance boards and committees Holds ultimate accountability for delivery, leading programmes with great complexity, impact, risk, budget variances and change requests, continually monitoring overall progress with focus on budgets, key outcomes, resources, and dependencies Produces reports for senior management and relevant teams on the progress against objectives and plans, highlighting any improvement areas and the requirements to correct them Leads, coaches, and mentors programme and project managers, setting performance and delivery expectations to yield consistent results, whilst highlighting and promoting successful practices across the organisation Continually reassesses and aligns operational and programme-level risks and change delivery to the Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) risk appetite and posture, serving as a risk mitigation function by actively monitoring and ensuring all delivery risks across the programme are adequately run. Ensures all projects adhere to LSEG Group Standards for project methodology, governance and risk management. Essenti al Experience and Qualifications Significant background in Anti-Financial Crime change and operations or risk roles - this should include KYC, AML, Sanctions, Fraud, ABC and Trade & Export controls Significant experience of Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation, how to scope and sell vision, and establish clarity on change delivery building blocks to achieve future-state Excellent stakeholder management skills including relationship building, influencing, conflict resolution and listening skills Ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply them within the programme to achieve objectives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the proven ability to work effectively at all organisational levels. Strong Programme Management skills including key governance, financial governance and delivery methodologies. Strong planning, organisational, and coaching skills Able to self-evaluate performance and highlight areas for continuous improvement. Excellent documentation skills: ability to create high quality steering committee materials. Extensive project or programme experience Solid understanding of engineering principles Educated to degree level or equivalent. Preferred Global experience - working successfully with teams in multiple locations simultaneously. Experience and knowledge of large scale, global, change programmes and portfolio management.
